Aston Expressway Industrial Estate

The Aston Express Industrial Estate was acquired in 2014, becoming the company’s first investment in the city of Birmingham.

The canal-side estate is made up of five units totalling approximately 42,000 square feet and sits just minutes from the M6 and is on the main A38M route into England’s second city, with the potential for redevelopment in the long-term.
