The Wigley Group invested more than £2 million to buy the Aston Express Industrial Estate in 2014 – when it became our first Birmingham investment.
The estate is made up of five units which total around 42,000 sq ft and is home to tenants including Hilti, Call Print Group and The Drinks Emporium. It lies just minutes from the M6 and is on the main A38M route into England’s second city.
